Edukimi i Medies Digjitale:

Kemi kënaqësinë të ndajmë përfundimin e suksesshëm të konferencës rajonale mbi MediaWise Education - Digital Media Education, mbajtur në Hotel Garden. Kjo ngjarje e rëndësishme mblodhi së bashku palët kryesore të perfshiera nga Kosova, Shqipëria dhe Maqedonia e Veriut për të diskutuar dhe avokuar mbi edukimin e medies dixhitale si indikator i rëndesishëm në shëndetin dhe mirëqeinien e nxënesve dhe studentëve të rajonit.

Konferenca u hap me fjalët frymëzuese nga:

• Z. Ambasador Matti Nissinen, Ambasada e Finlandës Suomen suurlähetystö Pristina - Embassy of Finland in Pristina

• Znj. Bora Shpuza, Shefe e Kabinetit të Ministrave, Ministria e Arsimit, Shkencës, Teknologjisë dhe Inovacionit. Ministria e Arsimit, Shkencës, Teknologjisë dhe Inovacionit

Vështrimet e tyre theksuan rëndësinë jetike të shkrim-leximit të mediave dixhitale në peizazhin e sotëm arsimor.

Ne ishim të nderuar të kishim një panel ekspertësh të ndajnë perspektivat e tyre mbi edukimin e mediave dixhitale:

• Xhemail Rexha, Kryetar i Bordit, Asociacioni i Gazetarëve të Kosovës

• Florentina Dushi, Psikologe Organizative

• Adela Puca, Mësuese Destiny Center for Excellence

• Merita Alili Zulfiu, RRGSH-Rrjeti I Grave ne Rrjeti i Grave në Shkencë - RRGSH

Kontributet e tyre siguruan njohuri thelbësore mbi sfidat dhe mundësitë në zbatimin e edukimit mediatik në kurrikulat shkollore.

Një nga pikat kryesore të konferencës ishte prezantimi i rezultateve të anketës nga 10 shkolla fillore në Kosovë, Shqipëri dhe Maqedoninë e Veriut. Drejtoresha e EEI Education Empowerment Initiative- EEI Blerta Aliu Ahmeti ndau gjetjet gjithëpërfshirëse që demonstruan efektivitetin e nismës MediaWise Education.

Ne shprehim mirënjohjen tonë të sinqertë për të gjithë pjesëmarrësit dhe folësit për kontributin e tyre të çmuar. Së bashku, ne po bëjmë përparim domethënës në promovimin e edukimit te medies digjitale ne rajon.

Regional Conference on MediaWise Education

Digital Media Education

We are pleased to announce the successful conclusion of the regional conference on MediaWise Education - Digital Media Education, held at Hotel Garden. This significant event brought together key stakeholders from Kosovo, Albania, and North Macedonia to discuss and advocate for digital media education as a crucial factor in the health and well-being of students in the region.

Opening Remarks

The conference commenced with inspiring words from:

Mrs. Bora Shpuza, Chief of Cabinet of Ministers, Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation

Their insights highlighted the vital importance of digital media literacy in today's educational landscape.

We were honored to have a distinguished panel of experts share their perspectives on digital media education:

Arben Hajredinaj, Head of the Media Section, Department for Democratization, OSCE Mission in Kosovo

Xhemail Rexha Chairperson of the Board, Association of Journalists of Kosovo

Florentina Dushi, Psychologist

Adela Puca, Teacher

Merita Alili Zulfiu, RRGSH

Their contributions provided essential insights into the challenges and opportunities in integrating media education into school curricula.

One of the main highlights of the conference was the presentation of survey results from 10 primary schools in Kosovo, Albania, and North Macedonia. EEI Director Blerta Aliu Ahmeti shared comprehensive findings that demonstrated the effectiveness of the MediaWise Education initiative.

We express our sincere gratitude to all the participants and speakers for their valuable contributions. Together, we are making significant progress in promoting digital media education in the region.
