Së bashku me Ambasadoren e Finlandës, Sh.S. Eevamari Laaksonen, vizituam shkollën “Gani Saramati” në Prizren, ku zhvilluam një diskutim frymëzues me mësimdhënësit dhe nxënësit për sistemin arsimor finlandez dhe mundësitë e zbatimit të praktikave të tij në Kosovë. Gjatë takimit prezantuam edhe projektin “Media Literacy – Nordic Expertise”, i cili do të implementohet edhe në Komunën e Prizrenit, duke theksuar rëndësinë e edukimit medial dhe vlerën që sjell ekspertiza nordike...

Mission Statement Our mission is based on the belief that education is not just a foundation, but a catalyst for information and professional feedback, which belongs to the community of the individual and only in general. The main focus of EEI is: equality, empowerment and inclusion.

Education Empower Initiative EEI is a non-governmental and non-profit organization focused on empowering non-formal education and promoting lifelong learning. EEI offers programs and activities to address the various needs and challenges of primary, secondary, and university education, educational education, girls' education, teachers and teachers through training as well as community friends.

Organization-wide Shared Programs (EEI)

1. Research and Advocacy:

In order to alter policy at the local, regional, or national level and enhance the educational system, we conduct research to identify issues relating to education.Turpis në eu mi bibendum neque egestas congue quisque.

2. Supporting schools and enhancing infrastructure:

Through this program, we hope to raise educational standards by giving schools resources and assistance. This can entail creating classrooms, furnishing them with tables and seats, providing them with books and other instructional materials, and generally upgrading the infrastructure.

3. Training and professional development for teachers:

Teachers receive training to improve their topic knowledge, classroom management, and teaching techniques.

4. Financial assistance and scholarships:

With the support of scholarships, grants, or other financial aid, this initiative strives to help impoverished kids access school and pay for costs including tuition, books, uniforms, and transportation.

5. Training for a career and the development of skills:

We provide professional training for the community and career assistance, especially for those young people who lack motivation and have no clear career goals, so that they can learn useful skills that may open up prospects for work or entrepreneurship.

6. Initiatives to assist girls' education and gender equality:

The Organization places a high priority on advancing gender equality in education by putting in place initiatives especially for females, such as scholarships, mentorship, and awareness campaigns to break down cultural obstacles.

7. Local knowledge and parental involvement:

In order to foster an encouraging environment for education, we strive to be more integrated into the neighborhood. Parent-teacher associations, neighborhood workshops, and awareness campaigns are a few examples of this.

8. Informational sessions and collaboration with students on project development:

STEM science projects, workshops on digital resources, and e-learning platforms are examples of educational technology used to increase access to education, particularly in distant or underprivileged locations.

9. Activities and quizzes for students through different programs:

Based on the idea that a child's general health has an impact on their capacity to learn. Through this program, we host lectures and informational sessions on a range of health-related subjects, including diet, hygiene, reproductive health, drug misuse prevention, and mental health. We will establish health resource centers in schools with the help of our supporters and partners, where students and teachers may access health-related information and essential instructional tools.

We offer initiatives that support inclusive educational methods and cater to the requirements of students with disabilities.

12. Education about the environment:
